David Andrew Hall

David graduated cum laude from the American University Washington College of Law where he served on the editorial board of the American University International Law Review. In addition, David received his Master of Arts in International Affairs from the American University School of International Service. He has worked for the Overseas Private Investment Corporation and the American Society of International Law and has extensive business management experience. He started his practice to deliver solutions for complex problems without the overhead associated with larger firms.

James P. Hanratty

James is a former Baltimore City Public Defender, practicing in both District and Circuit Courts. Born and raised in Baltimore, he was educated at Mount Saint Joseph High School, before receiving his B.A. in Government from the University of Maryland, College Park in 2000. James received his legal education at the University of Baltimore School of Law, where he was a published writer and editor of the School's Practical Journal. James graduated with honors in 2006, and has since engaged in a busy litigation practice, representing thousands of clients in all aspects of criminal law. James has successfully litigated matters including:

James has been a Judge of numerous ABA Moot Court Competitions, as well as supervisor for student lawyers from the University of Maryland and University of Baltimore Schools of Law.
